Fussy Food Plates – Returns & Refund Policy

At Fussy Food Plates, we want you (and your little ones!) to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• You’ll need to include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or opened (e.g. plates, utensils, or cups that have come into contact with food).

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at hello@fussyfoodplates.com with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and reason for return.

2. We’ll reply with your return instructions and address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fussyfoodplates.com.
Include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm your refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap for a different design or product, please contact us at hello@fussyfoodplates.com.
We’ll guide you through placing a new order and returning your original item.

Gifts or Bundles

If you received your item as a gift or as part of a bundle, please get in touch and we’ll help find the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original purchaser.
