  • How do I place an order?

    To place an order simply visit our shop page and choose your product from the Fussy Food Plates rang.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

    If you need to modify or change an order drop us an email at fussyfoodplates@gmail.com

    Shipping:

  • What are the shipping options available?

    We offer trackable shipping via An Post, your orders are safely packed and can also be personalised at check out. We also now offer local pick-up from the South Dublin area, to help save you some money, simply choose this option at checkout.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping within Ireland is €6

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do, we ship globally via An Post

    Delivery Times:

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    We’re fast, orders are typically shipped same day if placed before 5pm. Failing that we ship first thing the next day via An Post.

    Returns and Exchanges:

  • What is your return policy?

    This should be rare but if for some reason you need to return an item simply drop us an email or reach out via our contact page

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    All major credit cards and paypal

  • Is my payment information secure?

    Our payments are secure and guaranteed via Stripe and Paypal.

  • Can I get more details about a product?

    Fussy Food Plates are designed by an Irish Mum of three with 15 years experience in engineering, nutrition and manufacturing. The product is BPA free, dishwasher safe and build to last.

  • Are the product images accurate representations?

    Yes, all images were created by myself in my kitchen!

  • Do you restock sold-out items?

    We do!
